COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Looking for someone to talk to confidentially?
Need support to work through life's challenges?
How counselling can help you
Life can be challenging sometimes, and we all face difficulties that can feel overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with specific life events or just feeling stuck, counselling offers you a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling provides you with the opportunity to talk through whatever is troubling you, helping you to gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and work towards the changes you want to make.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from counselling - it's also a valuable way to better understand yourself, improve your relationships, and build resilience for the future.
With complete confidentiality, you can speak openly and honestly in a non-judgemental environment, knowing that what we discuss stays between us.

Why work with me?
I'm a qualified Psychotherapist (MBACP Accred) with extensive experience supporting people through a wide range of life challenges.
My approach is down to earth and genuine - no 'psychobabble', just real conversations that help you make sense of what you're experiencing and find your way forward.
I have particular expertise in working with adults who are navigating major life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from different therapeutic approaches to tailor our work together to your unique needs and goals.
