Want to train your mental fitness, as well as your physical?
Want to talk to someone outside of your sport?
Why choOse sports counselling?
Counselling offers you a chance to embrace your mental fitness, as well as your physical fitness and help you to become the best person and sportsperson you can be.
Through the highs and the lows of sport, I am here for you wherever you are in that journey. Through my experience of working in elite sport, I understand the unique challenges faced in this environment. Whether you are an athlete, a member of support staff or a family member; I'm here to help.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I have a number of tools in my toolkit and we will work in a way, and at a pace, that works best for you.
We can work together online via zoom, or in person depending on your location, to fit in with your training and performance schedule.
I offer an initial, free of charge phone call for you to see if I might be the right therapist for you. Get in touch today!
